Ajaya Kumar V. is a senior associate at the firm.  

Ajaya has over seventeen (17) years of experience in trademark prosecution matters. 

Ajaya leads the firm’s filing practice not only in India, but also in foreign countries. Ajaya also oversees the firm’s trademark prosecution practice, generally, bringing in years of experience with matters such as chain of title recordation, tracking of opposition matters and other such matters.  

Ajaya has primary responsibility for overseeing the paralegal department at the firm.
