Bijit is an accomplished Intellectual Property attorney, with over 9 years of post-qualification experience spanning law firms and in-house roles. Bijit holds an LLM in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation from the Universidad de Alicante in Spain. As an alumna of the prestigious Magister Lvcentinvs, he is a member of the Magister Lvcentinvs Friends and Alumni Association (MLAA), a unique network of Ibero-American IP attorneys.

Throughout his career, Bijit has developed extensive expertise in handling complex intellectual property portfolios, regulatory compliance, and public policy issues, particularly in the digital marketplace. Previously, he has served as Legal Counsel at a Netherlands-based online marketplace, where he was responsible for coordinating all legal, regulatory, and public policy matters for their India business and before that was associated with a leading IP law firm in New Delhi.
