Associate​​

Kishan Kumar is an associate at the firm. He assists with responding to objections raised by the Trade Marks Registry, drafting pleadings in opposition and cancellation proceedings, advising on prosecution and opposition related matters and providing pre-litigation advisory support. He also assists with hearings at the Trade Marks Registry.  

 

Prior to joining the firm, Kishan worked as an associate with the IP team of a full-service law firm based in Delhi-NCR.
