Principal Associate, Patents and Designs

 

Sneha Sharma is a Principal Associate at the firm and heads the firms’ Patents and Designs Practice. She brings with her vast experience in IP prosecution, analytics, advisory and litigation, particularly in patent, design and technology law matters. Sneha has an engineering background with specialization in biotechnology, however, over the last decade she has handled patent matters across technology areas including mechanical, material sciences, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics as well as software related inventions.

 

She is a registered Indian Patent Agent, an attorney at law and brings both technical and legal expertise in handling the patent and design matters for the clients and routinely assists in matters beyond protection of IP including commercialization and enforcement thereof. Sneha is adept at handling commercial IP transactions, and also, routinely advises tech-clients on internal ‘terms of use’ and allied ‘policy’ framework having due regard to privacy, data protection, copyright and IT laws.
