Soumya Jain is an associate at the firm.

Soumya has experience in responding to provisional refusals and Examination Reports, opposition matters including drafting of Notice of Oppositions, Counter Statements, Evidence Affidavits, etc., and pre-litigation advisory work. She also assists with hearings at the Trade Marks Registry.

Prior to joining the firm, Soumya worked as an associate with the IP team of a full-service law firm based in Delhi-NCR.
