Parth Agrawal is a Senior Associate at the firm.
Parth handles varied matters which cover overall spectrum of trademark law, including, prosecution, opposition, cancellation, enforcement and litigation work. Parth also handles and advises clients on complex matters involving domain name (both before Internet Exchange of India and the World Intellectual Property Organization), copyright and design disputes. Additionally, Parth also has experience in assisting clients with litigation matters and has been involved in drafting plaints and ancillary motions to be filed before various courts in India. He also regularly appears before the Trade Marks Registry.
Parth serves on the firm’s internship and recruitment committee.
