Shruhita Amit is a principal associate at the firm.
Shruhita joined the firm in the year 2018 with over three (3) years of work experience at other firms in the country, including top-tier firms.
Shruhita advises clients across diverse industries on all aspects of trademark, copyright and design laws, including enforcement, prosecution, all types of high-level advisory and transactional work.
Shruhita leads the firm’s Madrid Protocol practice and the firm’s international trademark practice. She supervises the firm’s lawyers who advise clients on issues relating to their filings through the Madrid system. Shruhita is also regularly involved in advising clients with trademark matters in foreign countries/jurisdictions around the world, including the US, UK, Latin American countries, African countries and South East Asian counties.
In addition to the above, Shruhita supervises the firm’s role as an empaneled firm in Amazon’s IP Accelerator Program.
Shruhita is a co-chair of the firm’s Business Development Committee and has been instrumental in bringing new clients as well as increasing the awareness about the firm amongst the legal fraternity.
